18 September 2025

Cofundr recently participated in GROWMatch Pitch Day 2025, an initiative by the Securities Commission Malaysia designed to connect MSMEs within the agriculture value chain with investors and alternative financing providers. The event gathered a strong line-up of industry players, including equity crowdfunding (ECF) platforms, peer-to-peer (P2P) operators, venture capital (VC) and private equity (PE) firms.

FFB MD Speech

The day began with keynote addresses by leading voices in the ecosystem including Farm Fresh Berhad’s Managing Director, who shared his journey of building one of Malaysia’s most recognized agribusiness brands and the role long-term investors played in scaling growth.

GROWMatch Pitch Day 2025 focused on creating greater access to capital for the agribusiness sector. Pitching sessions featured selected MSMEs presenting their growth plans while booths from both financing providers and participating businesses gave visitors the opportunity to explore funding solutions and innovative offerings firsthand.
