Cofundr / Crowd Sense Sdn Bhd is a Securities Commission Malaysia-registered crowdfunding platform.

• We do NOT offer personal loans, cash loans, or any form of lending services to individuals.
• We have no affiliation whatsoever with the individuals who are falsely claiming to be from our company.
• Separately, we wish to emphasize that Mr. Allan Toh, who is associated with the phone number 0176628868, is not and has never been employed by us, nor engaged by us in any capacity as a contractor or representative.
• We do not require any payment or fees for “loan processing,” “legal fees” or “loan approvals.”

Victims of Scam
If you have been approached or contacted by anyone claiming to represent us in relation to loans or have made any payments, please lodge a police report immediately and notify the Securities Commission Malaysia.

We strongly urge members of the public to:

• Verify all communications received purportedly from us.
• Contact us directly via our official channels before engaging in any financial transactions.
• Be cautious of any offers that seem too good to be true.
• We take this matter seriously
