Kean Jin started out his career in Messrs Raja, Darryl & Loh and has gained much experience there, rising steadily from Pupil-in-Chambers in 2005 to Partner in 2013. During this time, he managed a portfolio of fund/asset management and unit trust clients and is an expert in that area of law.
He was also nominated twice (2011 and 2012) as one of the leading lawyers by the Islamic Finance News publication for the category of “Asset & Fund Management”. Kean Jin has also taken on advisory roles in TMF Trustees Malaysia Berhad as independent director from 2014 to 2017 in view of his vast experience in the unit trust and fund management industry. Leveraging on his past experiences, Kean Jin advises Cofundr on all of its compliance matters.
Kean Jin holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of Hull, UK and was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales and is a member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, London.
